Three hybrids, three different jobs

Titleist GT1, GT2 and GT3 are not interchangeable just because they share the GT badge. GT1 is the lightweight, higher-launch option; GT2 focuses on stability, with the highest total MOI of the family; and GT3 provides a compact, iron-like head for players who prefer a tighter look at address. These are 2025-generation hybrids, not products newly launched in October 2026.

What UK stores actually show

On pages read on 31 October 2026, The Golf Shop Online displayed from £299 for GT1 and GT3, while Clubhouse Golf displayed from £299 for GT1. GolfOnline's direct GT2 listing was rechecked on 31 October, showing from £279 (Quick Find G38280). This is the visible starting price before choosing hand, loft, shaft and flex, not a verified final cart price or stock guarantee. The Golf Shop Online's GT2 product page was checked again on 31 October and displays from £299; loft, shaft and flex have not been selected. All prices are GBP and none guarantees a chosen configuration or UK-wide lowest price.

GT1: helping with launch

Manufacturer lofts are 20°, 23°, 26° and 29°. The lighter design offers front–rear movable sole weights, 11 g rear and 5 g front as supplied. Swapping the weights adjusts the CG setting; it does not promise a specific distance gain. The examined retailer page prominently lists 4H 20° and 5H 23°, which is not evidence that every factory loft is stocked.

GT2: a stability-first replacement for a long iron

GT2 lofts are 18°, 21° and 24°. Titleist places the line's greatest total MOI in GT2, using 11 g heel / 5 g toe stock weights that can exchange positions. Tensei, HZRDUS and Denali shaft families have different flex choices, so the same model name can conceal very different actual orders. An older from-price is not proof that every shaft and loft is ready to ship.

GT3: compact shape and ball-flight control

GT3 takes an iron-like profile with heel–toe weight adjustability. The inspected UK seller lists 19° and 21° choices, but neither the final hand nor shaft/flex was selected during the review. The point is fit and confidence at address, not an unverified promise of better scores.

How to compare the deals

Match model and generation, handedness, loft, shaft, flex, condition and exact SKU. Do not mix new and used clubs or single-unit prices with multi-buy promotions. Verify the selected item, made-to-order lead time, delivery charge and basket total before paying. Neither RRP nor strike-through prices have been treated as proven historical selling prices. Research date: 31 October 2026, GMT morning; older snapshots are explicitly labelled.
