Eight titles decided at Nanjing's junior season finale
China's 2026 HSBC National Junior Golf Championship final concluded at Suning Zhongshan International Golf Club in Nanjing, Jiangsu, on 30 October. Organised under the auspices of the China Golf Association (CGA), the event crowned eight champions across four age groups, each with separate boys' and girls' competitions. Registration was scheduled for 27 October and the three competition rounds ran from 28 to 30 October.
Zhu Junkai (朱骏楷) won the older boys' Group A with rounds of 73, 68 and 70, totalling 211 strokes (five under par). His three-stroke winning margin over Yang Mingyuan, who finished on 214 (−2), followed a composed closing 70 featuring four birdies and two bogeys. Zhu had twice finished runner-up in the HSBC junior final, making this his first victory at that particular season-ending event.
The corresponding girls' Group A title went to Deng Xiaolei (邓小蕾), who started the last round two strokes behind the leader. A closing 72 (even par) lifted her to 220 (+4) for the three rounds, three shots clear of Huang Mingli on 223 (+7). Deng's consecutive birdies at the seventh and eighth holes helped settle the contest. The leader after the opening round had been another competitor, Chen Ziyi, illustrating how substantially the standings changed during the week.
The other six winners
In boys' Group B, Liu Dawei (刘大炜) converted his lead into victory at 211 (−5), five shots ahead of Zhang Xiheng. Chen Jinmo (陈锦沫) won girls' Group B with 221 (+5), six shots clear of Hou Peiqi. It was Chen's first national-level tournament win.
Wu Yuming (吴昱铭) successfully defended his boys' Group C title, finishing on 216 (even par) with a seven-stroke margin. The 69 (−3) he posted in the opening round had led the early reporting from Nanjing; the three-round result now confirms that his strong start became a second consecutive final title. Jiang Peihan (姜佩含) secured girls' Group C with 216 (even par), two strokes ahead of Zhao Shuyin, for her third HSBC Junior series victory of the season.
The youngest, Group D, produced victories for Jin Xuanyu (金泫禹) in the boys' division and Li Jiaxuan (李佳璇) in the girls' division. Each recorded 147 (+3) in their respective competition, winning by three shots. Li's success was her fifth HSBC junior series title of 2026. Those Group D figures should not be compared directly with the totals in older age divisions because the course distances and hole programmes differ.
A pathway through Chinese amateur golf
The CGA competition rules divide the field into A (16–18 years), B (13–15), C (10–12) and D (6–9). Qualification is based on junior ranking places and performances at qualifying events. The regulations capped the possible entry at 116 golfers; this is an entry limit, not a verified count of actual starters.
The result offers several distinct development stories: Zhu overcoming two previous runner-up finishes, Deng reversing a final-round deficit, Wu defending his championship, and Li extending a dominant season. This is amateur junior stroke play, not a professional tour event; the numbers reported here are strokes, not ranking points or prize money.
The organisers' next major junior date is the HSBC China Junior Golf All-Star Championship, scheduled for 10–13 November at Shanghai Meilan Lake Golf Club. That date is prospective; no results are claimed for the future event.
