2026 Wyndham Championship Saturday tee times: Round 3 pairings

The 2026 Wyndham Championship, serving as the final event of the PGA Tour's regular season, is heading into its crucial weekend. On Saturday, August 8, Round 3 tee times are set at Sedgefield Country Club in North Carolina. Players on the cusp of the all-important top 70 in the FedEx Cup standings will be battling for every stroke to secure their playoff berths and retain their tour cards for the following season.

This tournament holds significant weight for many golfers, offering a final chance to improve their FedEx Cup standing. For those outside the coveted top 70, a victory might be their only path to the postseason. Brooks Koepka, for instance, currently ranked 86th, sits T20 after opening rounds of 67-66. This position is not projected to improve his standing enough to crack the top 70.

However, for emerging talents like 23-year-old Ben James, the narrative could be dramatically different. James, a UVA alum, is 11 under par, just one shot shy of the 36-hole leader Beau Hossler, who is at 12 under par. A win for James would propel him from No. 141 all the way to No. 62 in the FedEx Cup rankings. A runner-up finish, however, would only lift him to No. 96.

Hossler, too, has plenty on the line. Currently ranked No. 122, the 31-year-old could ascend to No. 53 with a victory on Sunday. The stakes are undeniably high at the PGA Tour's regular-season finale.

Hossler will play in the final tee time on Saturday alongside James at 1:55 p.m. ET. Koepka is paired with Tyler Collet, teeing off at 12:00 p.m. ET.
