The Philippine Golf Tour's ICTSI South Pacific Classic concluded on 23 October 2026 at South Pacific Golf Club in Davao City, Philippines. Filipino professional Clyde Mondilla won on 270 strokes (18 under par) after four rounds of 67, 69, 64 and 70, securing a two-stroke margin despite a serious challenge on the closing holes.
Sean Jean Ramos finished second on 272 (−16) after a closing 69. Keanu Jahns and Lee Song shared third on 273 (−15), while Angelo Que finished fifth on 274 (−14). Those finishing positions and round scores are recorded on the Philippine Golf Tour's official leaderboard.
A lead that nearly slipped away
Mondilla began the final round ahead thanks in large part to a superb third-round 64 (eight under par). Ramos, however, refused to let the leader coast home. On the 10th, a swing in scores — a Ramos birdie combined with a Mondilla bogey — briefly put the challenger in front. The decisive issue was no longer how many strokes Mondilla had banked on Thursday, but whether he could recover under pressure on Friday.
Ramos dropped a stroke at the 13th, allowing Mondilla to draw level. At the par-three 15th, Mondilla's tee shot came close to dropping for a hole-in-one; it did not go in, and the result was a birdie, not an ace. He then holed a long birdie putt on the 17th, earning a two-stroke cushion with one hole remaining. A missed short birdie attempt at the 18th could not overturn his advantage.
The charging pack behind him
The round of the day belonged to Keanu Jahns, whose 63 (nine under par) propelled him into a share of third with Song. Angelo Que also threatened, signing for 67 to finish one shot behind the third-place pair. The event used stroke play, with positions determined by the aggregate number of strokes, rather than the points won in individual holes as in match play.
The scores show how little separated the contenders: Mondilla's 270, Ramos's 272, the third-place tie at 273 and Que's 274 left only four strokes between first and fifth place.
A first title since 2024
The win ended a two-year PGT title drought for Mondilla, whose previous victory had come at Caliraya Springs in 2024, ahead of Que. The Davao winner collected ₱448,750, from an overall event purse of ₱2.5 million. In his post-round comments he described the relief of winning again and credited his family for their support.
The Tour's next scheduled stop is the ICTSI Apo Golf Classic, 27–30 October, in Davao. That tournament had only just begun when this article was prepared; its result should not be confused with the completed South Pacific Classic. The women's South Pacific event also had its own separate champion.
