Haeran Ryu shot 68 in the BMW Ladies Championship’s third round and leads at 199 (−17). Four shots behind, Minji Park, Hye-Jin Choi and Yuri Yoshida share second place on 203 (−13). Rainy Saturday reshaped the immediate pursuit, but Sunday’s round will decide the winner.

The turning point in her own scorecard was her response to a bogey at the 15th: Ryu birdied the final three holes. She said play lasted over six hours. Rain and wind required longer clubs and accuracy; she felt her putting was better than on the first two days.

Hye-Jin Choi produced contrasting nines of 28 and 38. She attributed the strong start to confident ball-striking and converted birdie putts. At the 17th, she said she misjudged her second shot and the ball search exceeded the allowed time by seconds. For the finale, she wants to focus on each shot rather than the title.

Minji Park attributed her progress to understanding the course better and adapting to the conditions. Unlike her usual preparation, she played all 18 holes of the practice round this week. The coastal setting brought rain and wind together; Park admitted she would prefer just one of those challenges but was trying to accept both.

Yuri Yoshida, also still in contention, focused on carry distance, saying there was almost no roll after the rain. In her assessment, the course remained in good condition and her own shots were stable. She called Sunday a good opportunity and said she would do her best.

The previous closest pursuit looked different. Minsun7 Kim and Lauren Coughlin started Saturday in the last group with 133 strokes against Ryu’s 131. That left two shots between them before the round began. Sunday’s final group is Ryu, Minji Park and Choi.

Nataliya Guseva is tied 62nd at level par after three rounds. Her tenth-tee start on October 25 is at 08:43 Korean time, 02:43 in Moscow. The final group at Pine Beach Golf Links starts at 09:38 in Korea, 03:38 in Moscow.
