Takomo has entered the putter market with its first models: the Lumo B1 blade and Lumo M1 mallet. Both use an unusual single-bend shaft design that helps align the center of gravity with the shaft axis and reduce torque.

Like Takomo’s other clubs, the new putters cost less than $250. The company acquired the single-bend, low-torque design from Finnish putter specialist Otso Golf, which Takomo bought in 2025. Otso Golf CEO Miikka Farin also joined Takomo.

Neither model is oversized. Even the M1 has a midsize profile, which should make it approachable for a wide range of golfers while adding stability and confidence at address. The B1 brings the same low-torque performance to a wide-body blade shape aimed at players who prefer a traditional look.

Both putters are milled from 303 stainless steel and feature mid-depth grooves designed to provide a soft feel and consistent roll. Each model is available in satin steel and DLC black finishes, matching the clean, understated look of Takomo’s full club lineup.

The Lumo B1 and M1 became available to order through Takomo’s website on October 6. Both models cost $219 in satin steel and $239 in DLC black.

Both putters are available in 33-, 34- and 35-inch lengths, with corresponding headweights of 362, 357 and 352 grams. Each has 3 degrees of loft and a 70-degree lie angle. The M1 has 14 mm of onset, while the B1 has 8 mm.
