Six junior divisions decided in Selangor

The fourth leg of the SportExcel–MILO–NSC Malaysian Junior Premier Elite Golf Circuit 2026 concluded at Kinrara Golf Club, Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, on 2 November. Organiser SportExcel confirmed the results on 3 November 2026. The three-day, 54-hole stroke-play event brought together 68 junior golfers across three boys' and three girls' age divisions.

The event showed how a Malaysian development circuit can provide international competition on home soil: Malaysian golfers won three divisions, players from South Korea took two and a Chinese junior claimed the remaining title. The lowest total of the championship came not from the oldest boys' division, but from the 13–15 age group.

Alex Lee leads the scoring

Alex Lee of Malaysia won Boys B (ages 13–15) with 220 strokes (+7) over three rounds. According to the organiser's published category scores, that was the lowest winning 54-hole total across the tournament. Compatriots Raja Muhammad Syakir Raja Mohd Sukry, 229 (+16), and Nor Aalim Hilmi Bin Normazni, 231 (+18), filled the next two places.

South Korean juniors swept Boys A (ages 16–18). Tomoaki Takahashi finished first on 223 (+10), followed by Ahn Seunghyun, 224 (+11), and Jaehoon Cheong, 228 (+15). These are results for visiting South Korean players at a tournament held in Malaysia, not results of an event staged in Korea.

In Boys C (ages 10–12), Che Faidh Amsyar of Malaysia won with 239 (+26). Ahmad Taufeeq Bin Ahmad Thareez finished second with 243 (+30), ahead of Ammar Hakim Bin Anuar Hafiz on 250 (+37).

The girls' results

In Girls A (ages 16–18), South Korea's Choi Yunseo won with 233 (+20). Malaysian golfer Khu Yuan Puah was runner-up at 249 (+36) and Savina Violla Jeevaratnam finished third. The organiser's summary did not state the third-place total, so no number is inferred.

Malaysia swept Girls B (ages 13–15): Raissa Binti Ahmad Zuhaili claimed the title at 247 (+34), Ng Voen Xuan took second at 249 (+36), and Izz Zayani Bt Mohd Irman finished third with 256 (+43).

Liang Yan (Yanice) of China won Girls C (ages 10–12) at 239 (+26). Hana Miura of Japan and Kayla SJ Tan of Malaysia both returned 251 (+38). Miura received second place on a scorecard countback, leaving Tan third; it was not a joint second-place finish.

A short-game challenge alongside stroke play

The PGA of Malaysia (PGAM) also organised a separate Chipping Challenge on the first day to give youngsters an opportunity to test shots around the green. Maruto Aramoto topped that contest with 20 points, followed by Hana Miura on 15 and Quintus Teh Juin Zer on 11. Those are points in the skills contest, not strokes or points added to the main 54-hole championship standings.

The Kinrara results feed into the circuit's season-long rankings, according to SportExcel. Regular tournaments offer young golfers competitive repetition and a route to stronger regional fields. The organiser currently lists the SportExcel–MILO–NSC Premier Elite Grand Final for 19–21 December 2026, also at Kinrara Golf Club; future schedules remain subject to change.
