2026 Solheim Cup: How to watch Friday’s opening day

The 2026 Solheim Cup begins Friday at Bernardus Golf in Cromvoirt, Netherlands. Europe is looking to regain the Cup on home soil after the United States won 15.5-12.5 in 2024.

That event featured a Sunday showdown between Nelly Korda and Charley Hull. Hull won 6 and 4, but the Americans still retained the Cup.

In the opening match of this year’s event, Korda will partner with Allisen Corpuz, while Hull will team with Lottie Woad. Their foursomes match — alternate shot, with one ball per team — begins at 1:40 a.m. ET. Korda and Corpuz are 4-0 together in foursomes matches in 2023 and 2024.

Friday’s opening session features four matches. The second session will be played in four-ball, but its pairings and tee times had not been announced at the time of publication.

This will be the 20th playing of the Solheim Cup. The U.S. leads the all-time series 11-8. Before winning in 2024, the Americans saw Europe win in 2019 and 2021, while Europe retained the Cup after the teams tied in 2023.
