The second stage of DP World Tour Qualifying School begins in Spain on 29 October 2026. Four separate 72-hole tournaments will run through 1 November at Desert Springs in Almería, Golf Las Pinaillas in Albacete, Fontanals Golf Club near Girona and Isla Canela Links in Huelva. Each offers another step towards playing opportunities on the DP World Tour in 2027.

According to the tour, 182 players advanced from ten first-stage qualifying events held across Europe in August and September. They can be joined by competitors exempt directly into the second stage. The four tournaments are distinct qualifying events: advancing from one of these venues earns a place in the final stage, not an immediate DP World Tour card. The number of qualifiers from each venue is determined under the event's qualification procedures.

The official field preview includes several established names. Shubhankar Sharma, Tom Lewis and two-time DP World Tour winner Fabrizio Zanotti are among those listed for Fontanals. Lucas Bjerregaard, Sam Horsfield and Adri Arnaus feature in the Isla Canela preview, while Alexander Levy and Gonzalo Fernández-Castaño are among the names associated with Golf Las Pinaillas. Final starting fields remain subject to change.

Players who progress will head to the Q-School Final Stage at INFINITUM in Tarragona from 6 to 11 November. The leading 15 players and ties there will earn DP World Tour playing opportunities and full HotelPlanner Tour status for 2027. Crucially, those 15 places and ties are awarded at the final stage; they are not 15 cards per Spanish venue this week.

There is a second, separate pathway taking place at the same time: the HotelPlanner Tour Grand Final in Mallorca on 29 October–1 November, where 15 DP World Tour cards are available through that tour's season-long ranking. Both routes can open doors to the 2027 season, but their fields, rankings and qualification criteria are independent. The DP World Tour website carries the official second-stage tee times and scoring.
