PAYNTR releases Min Woo Lee’s first signature golf shoe
PAYNTR has introduced the first signature shoe for brand ambassador Min Woo Lee. The CHEF RX RS focuses on stability, traction and comfort throughout the swing.

PAYNTR has introduced brand ambassador Min Woo Lee’s first signature golf shoe, the CHEF RX RS. The name references Lee’s nickname, The Chef, which grew out of his “Let him cook” captions on social media.
The PGA Tour winner and top-30 player now has his own model following a collaborative development process with the PAYNTR Golf team.
“I wanted a shoe that felt locked in and responsive when I’m swinging at full speed, but I also wanted it to look clean, premium and different from anything else out there,” Lee said in a release. “This was a true collaborative process with the PAYNTR Golf team, and we kept testing and refining the shoe until every detail felt right. The CHEF RX RS gives me the stability, comfort and traction I need to go after it while still representing my personality and style.”
Every PAYNTR model features a propulsion plate designed to help golfers use ground reaction forces to generate more speed and power during the downswing. The CHEF RX RS also uses a TPU outsole and Fast Twist insert system to provide multidirectional traction and stability throughout the swing. Lightweight, responsive cushioning underfoot is intended to deliver balanced fit and support.
The full-grain leather upper is laser-perforated for breathability, while a waterproof, breathable membrane helps protect against all-weather conditions.
“Every detail of the CHEF RX RS was considered through the lens of how Min Woo moves, generates power and expresses himself on the course,” PAYNTR co-founder and creative director Michael Glancy said in the release. “From the initial concepts through the final wear-testing process, we worked to balance premium craftsmanship with the technical performance he requires in competition. The result is a modern, athletic yet classic silhouette that feels distinctly Min Woo Lee while remaining unmistakably PAYNTR Golf.”
The CHEF RX RS is available in men’s sizes 8–14 for $240 at PAYNTRGolf.com, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, PGA TOUR Superstore and select retailers nationwide.
